Inspired by Merce Cunningham piece Beach Birds, I investigate the ways of seeing in relation to the car accident that left me with permanent double vision since 2002.  A shaman and my spirit animal become the mediators of this healing journey that allows me to move from trauma to the idea of an event as a catharsis.
